April 2021 Legislative Update

The month of March marked another busy period for
the Legislature and POA related bills. Several more bills were filed
before the 60-day bill filing deadline of March 12, 2021. Now,
attention has turned to the various House and Senate committees as
hearings are being scheduled and conducted. For this legislative
update, we will introduce the remaining new bills that were filed
before the close of bill filing and provide an update on the current
status of each bill.

remodeling the exterior of their homes. On top of that, the recent

forward with a remodel or addition that is a detriment to the
