RMWBH-40-Thin-White

2019 was a great year across the community association world, but now the calendar has turned to 2020 and what we hope will be an exciting year for everyone.

2020 marks a special year for all of us at RMWBH because it is the 40th anniversary of the start of the firm. Throughout the year we will have special features on our website, in our newsletter and on social media highlighting the history and people responsible for the success of the firm.

In this issue, Equity Shareholder Brady Ortego wants to ensure your community is ready for the year ahead. Read his advice on using our Association Annual Checklist to inspect your association as a corporation and its document database. We also look at the year ahead with our expanded education program that will provide a greater focus on the needs of the industry.  Plus, check out our firm highlights and do not forget to register for our upcoming events!

The Association Annual Checklist: A Tool That Demonstrates Diligence and Value

The new year is well underway, with the holidays just a fond memory now, and it is back to business as usual. But, before getting too far into the year, it is probably a good idea to examine how things are running in the community.

WEBINAR- Tweet Others As You Would Like to Be Tweeted: Social Media and Your Community

As 2020 kicks into high gear, we will dive into the world of social media and how it relates to community associations. In previous years, the thought has been, social media is not ideal for community associations based on the belief that it causes more problems than it solves. But if a community association feels that having a social media presence will be beneficial, then coming up with a strategy, policy and proper implementation is crucial for success. Join Shareholder Eric Tonsul as he takes you through steps to develop the proper strategy and procedures to help your community's social media presence succeed.
