RMWBH is pleased to announce the relocation and expansion of its Dallas-Fort Worth office to the Frisco-Plano area. While more details will be forthcoming, the new office location and the office space is being chosen and designed to accommodate the firm’s growth in the areas of Property Owners Association, Corporate, Litigation, Employment, and Real Estate law. Shareholder Leah K. Burton, who has recently relocated from the firm’s San Antonio office to Dallas, will serve as the managing shareholder of the new office. “We are designing the office as ‘client-centric’ meaning that it will be focused on space that is going to be used for client events such as networking, educational events, and collaboration. The firm’s offices in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio have had great client feedback on the collaborative office style, and this office is going to take the best of each of those offices in its design. We believe that the firm’s clients are going to be excited to visit and use the new space,” said Burton.
While the firm is happy to share the news of the new office move and space, it is coupled with another change. Clayton Hearn, who has worked with RMWBH’s Dallas-area clients for the last several years, has announced his resignation. “I have made a lot of friends through the years here at RMWBH, including the clients, other counsel, and of course my colleagues at the firm. Those relationships will last even as I open a new chapter in my career. Having now practiced law for over twenty-five years, I am ready to give others like Leah the chance to serve the clients and the community. I am working with the firm to make sure that there is a smooth transition and I wish everyone here the best. I am certain that the firm will continue to do great things,” said Hearn. Needless to say, RMWBH wishes to say thank you to Clayton for all of his hard work, dedication, and, most importantly, his friendship which will continue well into the future.
RMWBH continues its growth in all practice areas having hired seven new attorneys in the last several months totaling forty-eight attorneys state-wide. Please keep a look out for the next announcement where more details on both the office space as well as additional attorney and staff hires will be announced. Until then stay safe, and on behalf of everyone at RMWBH, we look forward to having you as part of our future.
