When and How to Conduct a 209 Hearing

April 14 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

  • « 87th Texas Legislative Session Halfway Update
  • Chapter 82 Condominiums Board Transition from Developer Control to Owner Control »

The due diligence process regarding the enforcement of deed restriction violations in POAs can become confusing on which procedure to follow. Does the association just have to send a letter? Are multiple letters required? Does a hearing with a committee or board have to take place?

Join Shareholder Brady Ortego and Associate Noelle Hicks as they examine the 209 hearing process. During this webinar, Brady and Noelle will discuss when a hearing is required, when a state statute requires that a hearing must take place, how to conduct the hearing and more.

*This course is approved by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill 1 hour of continuing education requirements for the CMCA certification. www.camicb.org
