The vendor contract process for associations can at times be confusing and complicated. How can the association know if it is getting the services it needs from its vendors?
Join Shareholder Brady Ortego of our San Antonio Office as he explains the steps that should be taken in the vendor contract process. During the presentation, Brady will break down the Request For Proposal process and examine the Master Service Agreement and what should be included to help associations have a better understanding of the types of information they need to be seeking from vendors.
