Will Holtz is Senior Counsel in RMWBH’s Real Estate section based out of the firm’s Dallas Office.
Will counsels and advises clients in various corporate and real estate transactions. From advising developers and negotiating complex purchase agreements to drafting commercial leases and consulting property owners through appraisal value protests, Will has spent his career assisting clients in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry. He has also counseled clients through all phases of business and corporate formation and has even assisted clients in forming qualified opportunity funds to invest in distressed economic “opportunity zones”.
Prior to joining RMWBH in 2021, Will partnered with his father, working in a multitude of areas including real estate and commercial litigation. Through his father, Will gained invaluable experience across several areas of the law, including complex litigation, drafting appellate briefs, and even representing parents in special education matters.
Will prides himself on his attention to detail and constantly strives to achieve the most effective and efficient outcome for each client. Will is a 2007 graduate of Southern Methodist University and received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2014. Will also proudly serves on the North Texas Advisory Board of Children at Risk, a non-profit research and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk children in Texas.
