Rahila Sultanali is a shareholder at Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC and practices primarily in the real estate and corporate sections of the firm. She is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Ms. Sultanali represents developers, property owners associations, investors, business owners, and individuals in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions. Among other things, she assists clients from beginning to end on their real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of land, mixed use developments, shopping centers, owner occupied/single tenant buildings, and other complex deals. She handles title and survey review, preparation and review of easements, complex land use restrictions, and declarations for developments. Ms. Sultanali handles commercial leasing, including office, retail, industrial and ground leases. She also handles franchises, entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, and general contract matters. She prides herself in her attention to detail and prompt approach in attending to her client’s legal needs.
Ms. Sultanali grew up in League City, Texas. She graduated from the University of Houston with her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting in 2006 and from the University of Houston Law Center with her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2010.
