Rahila Sultanali is a Shareholder in RMWBH’s Corporate and Real Estate Sections. She is Board Certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Practicing for more than a decade, she is an integral part of the firm and represents an array of clients from small business owners to large corporate entities. Rahila is experienced in a wide range of commercial transactions including, but not limited to, the leasing, purchase, and/or sale of raw land, improved property, multifamily projects, shopping and retail centers, restaurants, gas stations, and medical facilities.
Rahila, a former accountant, is experienced in both smaller transactions and multi-million-dollar deals, making her adept at handling a myriad of clients. Her past experience in a wide range of legal practice areas has makes her a well-rounded attorney, but Rahila ultimately identifies real estate as her true calling. She is most passionate about her clients’ growth and achievement and she feels a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when witnessing their successes.
In 2006, she graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In 2010, she earned her Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center. Rahila received the Super Lawyer’s Rising Star award in 2020 and 2021.
