Matthew Steinfeld is an Associate in the Real Estate Section of RMWBH with a solutions-based client approach. He drafts, revises, and analyzes commercial real estate transaction documents including, but not limited to, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and easement agreements. Matthew also handles corporate transactions and commercial financing documents, such as asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements.
Matthew primarily serves small to mid-sized privately held companies. While he works with Texas businesses, he also represents clients who have business interests throughout the United States. Matthew is experienced with projects of all size — from several thousand dollars to hundreds of millions. His past roles, including a stint as outside counsel for several private companies, has deepened his knowledge, fostered a passion for real estate, and allowed him to better meet his clients’ needs.
Matthew, passionate about continuous learning, enjoys meeting and working with clients who strive to improve their business practices. He graduated from American University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2015.
