Lane Ballinger is an associate at RMWBH Law and practices in the firm’s litigation section. Lane represents corporations and individuals in a wide variety of disputes, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, and fiduciary litigation.
Lane graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While in college, he was awarded a Presidential Scholarship.
Lane received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school, he was an assistant articles editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and served on its Articles Review Board. He received the Dean’s Scholarship and was on the Dean’s List. Additionally, Lane had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas and the Honorable Paul E. White, 159th District Court of Texas. Lane also spent a summer as an Honors Legal Intern in the Litigation Division at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
