Jennifer Jacobi is an Associate in RMWBH’s Real Estate section. She advises clients regarding the formation and ongoing operation of residential or mixed-use real estate developments. Jennifer drafts and revises formation and governing documents for property owners associations that govern real estate developments including certificate of formation, declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions, bylaws, policies, builder and architectural guidelines, rules and regulations, and more. When appropriate, she also assists clients with tax-exempt status.
Jennifer is experienced with residential real estate and mixed-use developments ranging from 100 to 5,000+ single-family home sites.
Prior to law school, Jennifer started her career at RMWBH in the research department. Then, while attending law school, she gained experience as a law clerk under the direction of Practice Head, Rick Butler, and in 2020, moved to her current role as an Associate. Jennifer finds her work challenging and diverse and is passionate about working amid RMWBH’s creative culture where she has been able to thrive professionally.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan in 2010 and her Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center in 2020.
